KOREAN STUDIES is now in Kenya. It is offered only at the University of Nairobi. This programme, which is housed in Department of Linguistics and Languages, takes a multi disciplinary approach with the aim of opening career options for students who wish to major in Korean language as well as those who wish to take courses on KOREAN STUDIES from a number of departments within the Faculty of Arts and the School of Economics.

NUARSA in conjuction with Nairobi Green Line and KWS Participated in removing unwanted spicies at Nairobi National Park  on 3RD AUGUST, 2013. This was in a bind to assist in the conservation of the environment and protection of wildlife. It was also a show of how patriotic they are to our country Kenya and to the future generation.

Some Participants during the Open Day at Mombasa Campus

As part of publicity activities meant to enhance enrolment for May and September 2013 intakes in Kisumu and Mombasa Campuses, and subsequent intakes, the Faculty organized an open day in Kisumu and Mombasa between 21st – 23rd March, 2013. The turnout was very encouraging.
